Voice Lessons Chicago – Refund & Cancellation Policy

At Voice Lessons Chicago, your time and commitment are just as important as ours.
To keep things running smoothly and respectfully for everyone, the following policies apply:

1. No Refund Policy

All lesson purchases are non-refundable.
Once a lesson or package is booked, the time is reserved specifically for you.

2. Rescheduling

We understand that life happens.

• Lessons may be rescheduled with at least 24 hours’ notice.

• Requests made with less than 24 hours’ notice may result in the lesson being forfeited.

3. Late Cancellations & No-Shows

• Missed lessons or cancellations within 24 hours are not eligible for rescheduling or credit.

• No-shows are considered completed sessions.

4. Package Expiration

Lesson packages are designed to maintain consistency and progress.

• Packages must be used within the agreed timeframe (typically discussed at purchase).

• Unused lessons after expiration are not refundable or transferable.

5. Remaining Lessons

Any remaining lessons in a package can still be used within the valid period, even if your schedule changes.
They cannot be refunded but are always available to you within that timeframe.

6. Instructor Commitment

If a lesson needs to be canceled by the instructor, it will always be rescheduled or credited—never lost.
